Badal Suchak comes with a rich experience of over twenty years in the retail industry. He has worked with some of the best known brands giving him a deep understanding of consumer journey and insights into shopper behavior.
He began his career as a Visual Merchandiser in 1994 working at 'The Bombay Store' while it was being redesigned and rebranded from the original 'Bombay Swadeshi Stores' getting transformed into one of India's first contemporary lifestyle stores. Post which he has worked with Orra - retailing diamond jewelry, Spaces - retailing home furnishings, Raymond – retailing men's wear, Titan – retailing watches and eyewear. And is currently heading Visual Merchandising and Retail Technology at Tata Motors.
With a keen interest in utilizing innovative technology to enrich consumer experience, he was responsible for creating 'Titan Experience Zone' – India's first Watches experience zone using interactive technology in 2009. His award winning Hologram for Revotron Engine for Tata Motors was deployed in various showrooms pan India. Tata Motors' Augmented Reality App offering a photo op with Lionel Messi, their global brand ambassador, has been a stupendous success.
Recently he has been instrumental in creating India's first live action Virtual Drive experience for Tiago from Tata Motors.
